During this day together we solve a group problem using a creative, focused approach and along the way you experience a method for accessing the often hidden wisdom within one's team. Be it corporate team, church group, book club, a non-profit board, or family your team will learn how to communicate more effectively while building on everyone's strengths. 

The morning work session taught by Geraldine focuses on building trust and collaborative relationships while problem-solving a specific group need. In the afternoon Debra offers a structured art experience which delightfully explores the personal preconceptions that limit one's capacity for learning by gently pushing your comfort zone to reveal surprising skills. You will learn techniques for expanding your boundaries while building confidence in your personal creative resources that affect how you interact with your team.  

In this workshop, we strengthen the group’s skills through creative brainstorming AND an individual's bravery when facing new learning situations. The pairing of group and personal work — talking and making — will leave participants knowing they CAN be the resilient, creative, flexible people our demanding lives require.
